Player notes
Camelot is a Legendary Breaker tagged with Union. In practical terms they cover anti-tank physical pressure and frontline shred. Union's judgment king: HP-scaling physical powerhouse who applies Coercion, then Act Agains off AoE into already-coerced targets. Tanky enough to live mid-board while deleting packs.
Open with Declaration of Conquest to seed Coercion and shield, then run Verdict skill chains for multi-step AoE. Trait only refunds Act Again when you AoE a target that already has Coercion—learn the 2-turn (5★) internal cooldown so you do not waste setups. Pair with Act Again supports (SP Inanna) and CD helpers (Credenza) because his best skills are CD-gated, not just NRG-gated.
In the role triangle, lean on free damage into Defenders and respect Seekers. Stars and gear still matter more than matchup alone on hard maps.
Star plan on this page (“High — 5★ materially shortens Act Again lockout and boosts shields”) is a budgeting hint: finish the first power spike that stabilizes clears, then reassess against your enabler and main carry before dumping every shard here.

Camelot deep guide
Overview
Camelot is the SSS Breaker who turns bulk into damage. Coercion setup into AoE Act Again is the identity loop—learn it once and most story/trials packs evaporate.
He is greedy for correct sequencing: Declaration of Conquest first, then Verdict chains. Supports that refund NRG or compress CDs (SP Inanna, Credenza-style kits) push him into absurd turn density.
Openers
- Seed Coercion with Declaration of Conquest (Instant, no NRG).
- Spend Verdict - Solo Carry into the coerced pack for multi-step AoE.
- Respect the trait Act Again lockout—do not re-setup before the window is live again.
- Use King's Fighting Spirit windows when the map will hit him on purpose.
Mid-fight
Boss phases: keep Coercion on the primary target, then only spend the full Verdict sequence when the Act Again refund is available. Filler with King's Strike rather than blowing CDs into empty boards. Union teammates amplify his mid-game spike but are not required for him to function.
Investment
High star priority—5★ shortens Act Again lockout and thickens shields. Blade of Strategem / tempo physical weapons and bulk trinkets beat pure glass. Pull if you need a universal PvE delete button.
Sample teams
Pitfalls
- AoEing before Coercion is applied (no Act Again refund).
- Spending Declaration every CD even when the board is already tagged.
- Building full glass—his kit wants HP conversion.
When to skip
Skip as a first reroll if you already have a polished Seeker core and no support to feed him CDs. Do not skip forever—he ages well into hard content.
From the editor's clears
Once Coercion → AoE Act Again clicked in my head, most story walls stopped being walls. The CD discipline is the real skill ceiling.
I stop re-casting Declaration on cooldown when the boss is already tagged—saving the Instant for the next add wave feels better.

Gear deep dive
- Weapon — Blade of Strategem: Tempo-oriented sword used by mobile physical cores. Prefer it when mobile Breakers who chain reposition + multi-action strings.
- Trinket — Paradox Crystal Chain: High-end chain for durable AoE cores. Best when durable AoE cores that need offense and bulk together.
- Tarot — The Emperor: Command tarot for leaders and aura units. Take it for faction leaders and aura-centric cores.

Team plan
Open Camelot into Defender-heavy packs. Bring a Watcher for uptime and a Seeker or Destroyer flex if the map punishes pure physical lines.
- Open with Verdict - Solo Carry when the board allows a clean cast.
- Keep reaction (King's Fighting Spirit) online—do not strip it for vanity actives mid-fight.
- Basic attack (King's Strike) is for reposition turns or when NRG is dry.
- Count kill thresholds before committing—wasted openers cost the Act Again or NRG window.

| King's Fighting Spirit | Reaction | — | 5 | ★★★★★ | Reduces physical damage taken; SPD + extra action tools on hit Long CD but pairs with trait Act Again to create huge turn density when enemies hit him. Prioritize on high-difficulty maps. |
| King's Strike | Basic | 0 | — | ★★★★★ | Filler basic when Verdict is on CD Respectable physical basic for turns where you are holding Coercion uptime without spending the full Verdict cycle. |
| Trait - Coercion Engine | Trait | — | 2–4 rounds | ★★★★★ | Passive — HP%→P.ATK; AoE into Coercion grants Act Again Battle-start HP conversion into P.ATK, free Declaration skill access, and the core loop: apply Coercion, then AoE again for Act Again + Regroup. 5★ shortens the Act Again lockout and improves shield size. |
